Information and enquiries

Website content describes products and services for evaluation. Requesting a demo or quote does not grant a product licence, create a server-management agreement, or enable any trading functionality.

Software licensing and services

The applicable customer agreement defines licensing, fees, delivery scope, feature availability, support, upgrades, cancellation, and any refund terms. Commercial entitlements are defined by that agreement.

Customer-owned deployment

Each product is designed for independent deployment on customer-owned or customer-controlled infrastructure, subject to the agreed requirements. Institutional Live execution must also follow applicable broker and exchange hosting rules. Server operation is the customer’s responsibility unless management by AlgoMars is explicitly agreed.

Any AlgoMars server-management and upgrade arrangement defines the permitted access, maintenance scope, change process, backup responsibilities, and support expectations.

Feature availability

Availability depends on the selected product release, supported integrations, required permissions, and deployment qualification. Nexus is upcoming; its website descriptions cover planned research, machine learning-assisted parameter tuning, AI analysis, Paper/Live execution, and institutional features. Future delivery scope is defined by the applicable agreement. Broker-connected execution requires the applicable account permissions, deployment checks, and explicit customer authorization.

Institutional services and regulatory responsibilities

Planned Nexus white-label operation and marketplace publishing are intended for licensed algo-provider institutions holding the applicable legal authorizations for their services. Organizations must obtain and maintain the relevant registrations, empanelment, and broker approvals before serving clients. A software licence does not provide regulatory authorization. Customer decisions and third-party dependencies

AlgoMars provides software and engineering services. It does not sell trading strategies, trade calls, or investment recommendations. Customers retain responsibility for their trading decisions and risk controls. Historical simulations and paper results do not guarantee future or live outcomes.

Broker, market-data, AI-provider, and infrastructure services may require separate accounts, permissions, licences, and fees. Their availability and terms are governed by the respective providers. Customers are responsible for obtaining the permissions necessary for their intended use.

Website content

AlgoMars website content and branding are provided for evaluating the products and services. Product use, redistribution, modification, and intellectual-property rights are governed by the applicable licence or service agreement.
